I'll be riding out to the race tonight at Spokane Country Raceway.
Since there's a new race order...
Pack Order: A (6:00pm - 6:50pm / 50 minutes) C (6:50pm - 7:30pm / 40 minutes) W (6:50pm - 7:30pm / 40 minutes) B (7:30pm - 8:10pm / 40 minutes)
...I plan to leave from Mike Sirott's house/Downriver Grill promptly at 4:45 p.m. (unless someone wants to go earlier. If so call me at 270-8347).
See you there!
Alan

There was some exciting racing tonight Also, Dave Simmons was there helping to run the show, and he's got his cast off his elbow, so that's cool to see he's getting better. I think SRV got riders into the top 3 in the A's (Allen, 3rd), the B's (Tim W., 2nd), and Uncle Larry was telling me we had a new SRV rider who took 1st in the C's, but didn't know his name (he said this rider didn't have an SRV jersey yet). The competition looked pretty strong, too... one person said it's because people are hyped on the TdF right now Taylor P. picked up 4th in the A's, and it sounded like Ken, Connor and Kalen (BCC) enjoyed their first foray into the A's as well. And there was a racer in a T-shirt and cut-offs on a classic old Peugeot who gets style points for getting out there and competing with his classic race bike Anyhow, it was an exceptional day to be out there, with light wind, sunshine, and some nice folks to be around. Good job, everyone!

Tom: Thanks for spelling out "SRV" on the side of the road going up Trails Rd. That made the warm-up even better.
To the dude in jean shorts and t-shirt: You rock! That was awesome. We always talk about doing something like that, but you had the guts to do it. My helmet's off to you! (BTW: Thanks for using the Peugeot and not a mountain bike...)
Joel: Next time. We'll get 'em next time.

And I thought I was seeing things with the SRV shaped gravel on Trails Rd. Last I saw the C pack was really broken up, something I havent seen in a while in that race. I didnt get a chance to see the B's as we had to leave early enough to beat the darkness on the ride home, but here's some pics of A's and a few of C pack: www.solafide.info/downloads/SRP2/ I would encourage the non-racers to come out and hang out at these Tuesday nights; great excuse for a destination for an evening ride and good fun to chat with everyone & watch some racing.

Yeah 2048x is a bit small. Next time I'm thinking I could enlarge them to like 4096. Make your helmet fill the entire screen. That would be [glow=red,2,300]awesome[/glow].
