Here's one source food available from Huckleberry's/Rosauers' supermarkets:
Couscous (a type of pasta)- One 1/2 cup dry measure yields 348 calories, 0g fat, 73g carb, and 12g protein.
Boil 1.5 cups of water add your 1/2 cup of pasta, remove from heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes. (I add a bit of bouillon flavor to mine). Yield is about 1.5 cups.
