This is what the guys from Garmin-Slipstream eat during races. They look tasty...and you can put bacon in them!

Nice!
You should try it out in the collegiate season.
It seems a touch much for anything less than the Pro/1/2 distances though (e.g. 3+ hours), but who knows, everyone's different... it's certainly worth trying out if for no other reason than they look really good ;D
I might make some up this winter and introduce them as a recovery item for starters.
