1) You have work off today 2) You've done all your chores 3) It's 40+ degrees and sunny in JANUARY!
You have no excuses for a mid-paced 30-miler today.
2 p.m. Coeur d'Alene Park slow to medium, but absolutely no sprints (Please, I'm begging you. My legs can't take it.)
See you there!
Alan

We took the newly paved Fish Lake Trail. It's beautiful: smooth asphalt, no cracks, and no ice. There's just a mile or so that's unfinished, but it's between trail heads so all you have to do is continue in the same general direction and--bam!--back on smooth trails again. Sorry, can't ride Tuesday afternoon. But you're more than welcome to come over around 5:45 and spin on a trainer with me. On tap: "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" ( kisskiss-bangbang.warnerbros.com/flashsite/, and yes, I know it stinks but it gets me through a trainer workout.)
