Winter Solstice is on Saturday, Decmeber 22nd; It'll only be a few months now until we're happily riding in shorts and SS jersey's again. To celebrate, let's ride anyway. Meet at outside The Elk at 6:00 PM on Saturday December 22nd. Ride through downtown. Check out the scenery. Possible stops include xmas lights on the lower south hill, The Swamp, The Baby Bar, Far West Billiards, xmas lights in the park, xmas lights downtown, O'Daugherties, The Viking. Finish with a bonfire on the lower south hill (weather permitting). The pace will be casual and the mood will be festive. Other suggestions are welcome. These are all cycling friendly establishments. We can either bring the bikes inside or lock them close by outdoors. I'll bring my 10 foot cable lock.

That does sound like a good idea...calories out before calories in. Let us know a time and place...

Time to vote....
Christmas Eve morning ride @ 7 mile horse stables @ 10:00am?
or
Christmas Morning from Mikes to Riverside @ 10:00?
or
Both? Who's in for what? I vote for Eve, I can't make Christmas day.
