I have a friend--honestly, it's not me--who's looking into these bikes: www.leaderbikestore.com/pd_ld_780r.cfm. He's about 6'4", maybe 6'5". Is the "B" measurement in their diagram the "normal way" of measuring bikes or is it usually the "A" measurement? Thanks, Alan

B is what 95% of the bike industry uses for seat tube length. A is used as a reference to stand over height.
