By miles, it would be outdoors in a car. By time, it would be on the trainer. But home-ownering is getting the best of me as of lately.

Outside base miles every three weeks does that count? But Snowboarding at least twice a week, Snowshoeing and that great cross training known as home improvement... I noticed my heart rate monitor does not even get in to the fitness zone when working on the house, it goes straight from base cardio to stressed out and broke.

I heart snowboarding. It's like mtn biking with out having to stay on trails.
