We just lost our volunteer, and mechanic for the race due to a work conflict. Any chance in convincing someone to come and be our team volunteer for a few hours this weekend. Be warned though you start out as a volunteer and next year you will be back as a racer. :-) All the fun of the race with none of hard race effort.
Volunteers have a 4 hour shift either in the timing tent or out on the course.
•Volunteer Shifts: Saturday - 11:30am – 4pm, 4pm – 8pm, 8pm – 12 midnight Sunday - 12am (midnight Saturday)-4am 4am-8am, 8am-1pm
If you are interested let me know and I can pass on more information.

Anybody....? Bribery is definitely and option here... How much beer does it take to get a volunteer these days. :-)
We are heading over to Spokane tonight I am not sure if I will get back to the forum. -Dan 206-229-8481

Thanks to those that stepped up to help on this. I felt pretty unorganized losing our volunteer at the last minute. I felt better waiting in line for volunteer sign up and the guy in front of me started as a 5 person team was down to 2 and no volunteer.... must have sucked to be them.
Either way it was a great race. Weather was about perfect; just enough rain to cut the dust and make the trail nice. It was great to see all the SRV rdiers out racing, and doing well in both the overall and by category break down.
