Greetings fellow SRV members,
Now is the time to think about team clothing for 2009. In your email you should have received a "wish list" for 2009 SRV team clothing. If you didn't receive it, email us at spokanerocketvelo@gmail.com
This is not an order form. We repeat, it is not an order form. This wish list will be used to determine how much clothing we will be ordering for next year and to get an approximate cost per item (the more we order, the better deal we get with Squadra).
After every member fills it out and returns the wish list, we will take it to Squadra and figure out our costs for each article of clothing. At that point we will take formal orders.
So, please complete the form with the number of items you think you may want. Save it. Email it back to spokanerocketvelo@gmail.com. Or, print it, fill it out, and drop it off in our mailbox at North Division Bicycle Shop. Do this all by December 13th.
Clothing Order Timeline:
December 13th: Return wish list, we will determine the prices with Squadra
December 31st: Clothing Order forms go out.
January 15th: Clothing orders are collected with 30% down payment (checks, cash or Paypal)
January 25th: Order is placed early enough to get clothes before Frozen Flatlands Road Race in April
April: Clothing distributed at Frozen Flatlands (and at other times).
Again, to reiterate, no money is needed at this time. We are just getting an item count to determine interest. Also, the clothing design scheme will not change for 2009. We typically redesign the team kits every two years.
