Anyone going to brave the 90% chance of rain and mountain bike tonight? If so, I'll go.

I might be interested. Did you have a location in mind?
I'm planning to go over to the Bluff in a little while here, and bring back some pics of the conditions. All that rain and 40-degree weather has to be helping, but I expect there'll still be quite a lot of snow and icepack.

Here's a couple pictures from lower down on the Bluff: It's still going to be a while. The trails up near the rim are tantalizing, but still have icepack in shady areas:

Let's do it: The Bluff at 7:15. Meet at the end of 14th street. Even if there's a little hike-a-bike, it'll be a good ride, huh?

I would go, but I just got back from a fairly intense road training ride, and I was beginning to bonk while I was still an hour from home. Currently face-down in a bowl of chili here...

You're all sissies. I showed up at 7:15, spoke to a couple of really, REALLY drunk girls that happened on the scene, then rolled down into the city where briefly took part in an Alley Cat race with about 10 fixie riders, then pedaled down to Mike's house to pick up some stuff.
Not the most typical TNR, but it's still 20 or so total miles, so it counts...
