Weather permitting Sarah and I are going to ride the course tomorrow. The Spokane County road maintenance department decided to chip-seal Seven Mile Road this past week. They assured me that the project would only go to the intersection of Coulee Hite/Seven Mile. To avoid any surprises, we're going to go check out the damage. Hopefully our course is untouched.
We're leaving from the DRG at noon. The pace will be slow (15 mph average). The distance is about 40 miles.

I'm hoping to come along (weather permitting), and maybe we can test these whistles I picked up as a backup to the radios.

You rock Tom...maybe we'll even bring some radios to test I think that would be a good idea, because there are high-voltage power lines close to that intersection, and I know they interfere with my Polar wireless computer/HRM when I ride under them.

Righto. I'm bringing a pannier, so if anyone wants to bring along an extra layer & jacket in case of rain showers, I'll have room to haul them for you.

Stu, Tom, Sarah, and Mike took a tour of Four Mound. Thanks for the ride guys and gal. It was a rain dodging, soft pedaling, car waving recovery ride.
