Well I finished up the "Eight Lake Leg Aches" 75 Grueling miles in the blistering hot sun. Mental note when the road says " 5 Mile Short cut" and it’s so hot you can fry an egg on your helmet take the short cut!!! 5 hours and 50 minutes later I have a small sunburn, I am still riding strong!!
What a fun ride!!

Good job Eric. It was way hot. Four of us had a great ride out devils gap in the early am. Now if we could only teach Dale to keep all his fingers extended at the same time.

Nice work Eric. The heat makes any ride epic, much more a 75 miler. Stu, did you guys go into Rearden?

What a fun ride!! - Eric It was like an oven out there yesterday! That ride's pretty well organized, so hopefully they had refreshment stations at good spots for you to top off your bottles. What I always hate on hot days, is when I stop and end up with sweat stinging my eyes... ow, no fair!

You aint kiddin there Tom! The sweat in the eyes at rest stops I could have done without! It was a hot one out there, (106) by the time I got back to Moses Lake. It was a great ride tho, and as always, really well put together!
