The Vuelta a Espana is airing starting this coming Saturday on Universal Sports, which should be viewable without cable.

I hope to watch it, at least on days I'm not working. 10:00ET =7:00 AM. Is it going to be re-aired in the afternoon?

Yep, looks like they are doing re-broadcasts at 4pm daily - at least for the first few days; tv listings dont go out enough for the whole thing yet.
