I will be at cda park at 9:00am. The route will be to 9mile, Charles, Coulee Hite, Garfield, Lincoln, back in through West Plains. Somewhere around 60 miles. My pace will be moderate to slow. Any company would be appreciated.

Also, there will be an easy ride from my place near barker road to CDA. Pace will be slow, good ride to bring spouses/s.o./friends or others who can handle a 14-15mph on flat easy terrain, or for those recovering from overtraining disease.
Will break in CDA for a bite to eat. About 40miles total.
Route: Barker road to CDA & Back Date: Saturday Sept5 Time: 9:30am Place: Tim L's place (19414 E Indiana Ave) Mileage: 40 Pace: Slow Regroups: stay together Food/Water Stops: plenty; break for eats in CDA

Cool, thanks Stu - assume it's at 9am like usual.
Also, to clarify for anyone interested, the optional easy ride from my place is still going on.

Looking for a little faster pace ride maybe 2-3 hrs. Any details on the club ride from NDBS? Is it for sure at 9am?

Stu, looks like your slow to moderate ride just turned into a maximum output ride I think I'll do hill repeats close to home today...maybe White Road just once. Just got back from Tacoma and a Gillespie/Webster Hammerfest just isn't what I care to do today. Have fun.

Hey I wasn't trying to derail any train. I just wanted a little cardio and I have family stuff/ obligations in the afternoon.

I chose unwisely. I chose to ride north from NDBS on a ride I was not prepared for...88.some-odd miles. Peter, I should haved ridden back with you. The positive side of the ride was that I made it back to the starting point without cardiac arrest. I am sticking with 60 mile - rides from this day forward. Great ride but I'll need a day of recovery after this one. See you next time around.
