Join me on the May 16th Ride of Silence. This is a ride designed on a funeral procession theme. To show respect and draw attention to the plight of cyclists injured and killed by cars. This ride will proceed west from Mirabeau Point Trailhead on the Centennial Trail. No faster then 12 mph, no talking, cell phones or joking. 8 mile soft-pedal round trip. No fee, no t-shirt, just a liability signature and a quiet time for those that have fallen before us. Black armbands to show respect, red for those of you that have been personally injured.

Most likely I'm in. I think this is an important thing for cyclist to do and I'm glad someone is doing this again this year in Spokane. Here's the national ROS website. Thanks www.rideofsilence.org/main.php
