This is open to SRV members. We are doing zero fits this time of year. Thinking any one that wants to use it here. Call for appointment. Bring towel for under bike, your bike and riding cloth. And we will set your bike on trainer and you pedal and watch spinscan to teach your self to be a more efficient pedaler. Call Scott 467-2453

There are other cool things to do with the computrainer.... I use course creator (http://cc2.bradculberson.com/) to create simulations of races courses that are not easily accessible. Also apparently they are working on video footage from popular race courses integrated into the computrainer coming out in December www.computrainer.com/rm_inc/IRCVideos.htm

That is nice but no one has taken me up on the trainer ride. I can buy a hoop, doesn't mean some will jump through it. There are probably 30 courses on the trainer now (old video game graphic).

Interesting that no one has taken up the chance to use the computrainer. I use my a few times a week, balanced to with rollers, and outdoor training (I guess I have some believe that I can improve my pedalling). I just saw that Computrainer has released their first video course. www.computrainer.com/rm_inc/sales/realcoursevideo_order.htmlOf course $100 for the Cour d'Alene IM course is a bit steep I think. Besides I would assume Spokane folks would want something a little different than the look of the roads they train on the other 8 months out of the year.

I like the idea of the Computrainer, it's just a question of being too busy to commit to a weekday afternoon at the bike shop. Maybe I'll go up there next week sometime. I should do a baseline Charmichal fitness test to compare to last winter.
