If somebody knows about any club rides in September, please fess up. Several of us have some ideas of rides that we'd like to organize before it gets too cold. Easy pedaling is the name of the game this time of year. Here’s a list of rides on the docket: [glow=red,2,300]Road:[/glow] - Thompson/Dobbs Pass, ID - 90 miles, two good climbs, with several miles of flat roads in between. - Springdale-Hunters-Chewelah redux - 70 miles with hills, Brian Gavin redeems himself - Sandpoint, ID out-and-back - 160+ miles? one day or two days? - MS 150 – with Rick Williams www.nationalmssociety.org/wai/event/event_detail.asp?e=13495 weekend of September 23 & 24 [glow=red,2,300] Mountain: [/glow] - Sherman pass / Kettle Crest ride - Sept 10th with Dave Goode - Lost Creek, ID - near Thompson pass - Detour (part II) – details to come - Marks Mega-super duper extravaganza ride- anything but Riverside - before the snow flies

Is there a planned ride for this Saturday? If not, who is ready/willing to do a nice 80 or so? We would head north on Monroe and go up Williams Valley and over to Clayton. Then across the fields to our choice of road down into Deer Park. Then we go to Riverside and stop at the store if needed. From there we go to Elk/Chatteroy and down to Big Meadows. Turn left and go up and over Greenbluff. Then down Bruce to Peone and back to Hawthorne and to the shop. If anyone would like to do this or if the group would like to that would be great. I'm just trying to get at least one more longer ride in before the next weekend gets here. I have an MS 150 over on the west side on the 9th and 10th and then our MS 150 on the 23rd and 24th.
