It's not every day that I use the word "fly", but with a soundtrack this smooth, moves this unique, and a trackstand that lasts a couple minutes, the use of the word is completely warranted. Check it: youtube.com/watch?v=XLGnnIK8M8w

Alan, I did many of those moves last night on the 24 hour course...only difference is, I didn't mean to. I made more contortionist moves and shed more blood last night that at any time since I have started riding. I am in enough discomfort this morning that a good hard run at SRP tonight should feel good!

I look and these sort of things and think what a waste of time; granted there are a lot of people that have useless hobbies, but I just don't see alot appeal in sitting around a parking lot spending the time to get good at this. I can see a benifit in basic track standing, but this ranks right up there with the off shoot of gymnastic that involve twirling a ribbon on a stick.
Maybe I am just to practical and cynical to appreciate such things. Oh hey there is a guy down the hall that is going to demonstrate how he can smoke a cigarette through his ear; I got see this. -Dan
